Ava's Tagless Horror With Carters: Legal Resources: "We are aware of a team of attorneys who have been working together on this and other important issues affecting babies. In our view, their approach hits the nail on the head. If anyone is interested in corresponding with them about Carters or any baby personal careproducts, you can contact any one of the following individuals via email:

HI,
I found your blog about the rash and my son has had the same reaction to this. Do you think that there should be something dose since they are not recalling them?
P.s.
I read that Gerber was doing the same thing. I feel so sad because my son is only 4 months and I have know Idea how he feels. My son is Elijah. And I'm glade that you have this Blog up! Thanks!
Companies usually only recall products unless they are forced to by government force, public demand, or a significant financial liability. Unfortunately, a recall has less to do with public safety than corporate image and liability. We must continue to apply pressure to Carter's as a corporate citizen, and if they don't respond positively then we must make them liable for there negligence and irresponsibility.
